How big is a medium sized guitar?

Guitar center has a medium size acoustic guitar case for pretty cheap. How big like in inches is a medium sized acoustic guitar? I wanna know so I can see if mine will fit in the case before I order it

It’s for roundbacks (like an Ovation) and is probably not what you want. However, notice that there is a “Specifications” tab for the listing. Select it to view the dimensions. You can do this with any of the other cases in order to find a good match.

I’ve never heard of a medium-sized case before. In general, most acoustic guitar cases will work for the basic sized guitar (they usually have lots of internal “padding” and will form-fit to your instrument). And then there’s 3/4, Jumbo, Folk, Classical and Slimline. For anything else you normally have to get THE case for that guitar from the manufacturer via one of it’s authorized dealers.

Don’t waste your time calling Guitar Center. The goal of the phone support people for large businesses such as this (including the on-line ones) is to have you make a purchase regardless of whether it’s exactly what you need or want. You’ll probably get your money back (minus shipping if a “defect” is not involved) but why go through the hastle and stress?

Also you’ll need to learn to ignore anything posted here by “Top Contributors”. They are all d*ckheads who like to dole out advice (usually “bad”) but give little or no thought to the potential consequences.
