What is the difference between and EMG 81 humbucking pickup and humbucker pickup?

The Humbucker is $110 and the Humbucking is $95

The EMG 81 is a so called active pickup i.e. it runs on a Battery Powered internal preamp. Active pickups require potmeters having a low value such as 25 K. Passive humbuckers work without a preamp and are being connected to 250 K, 500 K or 1 Meg pots. Most people prefer passive pickups for several reasons.
