Watt Bass

What’s the right speaker for my 300 watt bass amp?
Uhm.. Is 300 watt enough to be played in a live? I really want my bass to be heard.
So. . I don’t know what speaker to use for my 300 watt bass amp. Will any normal speaker do or is there a specific brand? I don’t know what type of speaker and how many watts it should be. Help please.
300 watts is its max rated so its RMS output is probably around 150watts. Find a nice name brand such as rockford fosgate, alpine, anything good quality. A 10-Inch woofer with 300watt max and 150watt RMS it should respond and bump fairly nice. Woofer sound depends on quality and material as well as box design. Get them all matching. You should do this with a mono amp. If you have a 2-channel try 2 8-inch woofers with about 75-100 Watt Rms. For hard thumping bass you want the best material, box designed to the woofer specifics, good amp that is true name brand. Rockfords i favor cause they bump hard, but the hifonics amps are hardcore.
