Does General Electric have liability in the Fukushima nuclear crisis?
Mark I nuclear plants are General Electric invents. They were licensed and supervised by General Electric (USA). Does General Electric have liability in the Fukushima nuclear crisis? We don’t see any help.
Moral liability maybe yes. But General Electric as all stock corporations does not have a conscience.
Legal liability certainly not.
