How do you put a dunlop 7000 saftey strap lok onto your guitar?

I’ve never used them and personally wouldn’t trust them. You are much better off getting real strap locks. The ones you are talking about are little plastic pieces that just slide over the strap button once the strap is on. A lot of guys use the rubber washer from a Grolsch beer bottle in much the same way as the Dunlop 7000 would work. Again, do yourself a favor and get real strap locks.
