Steering connector for out board whats it called?
I have teleflex steering and its set up to run threw the engine mount. The part that comes back to connect the cable to the engine, What exactly do you call it. oh! and that O-ring that all the out board cables run threw the body of the boat. Having trouble finding it.
That’s called a steering link rod. Different sizes available, depending on the make and size of your outboard.
The other part you are describing sounds like the grommet used to trim out the hole in the splash well wall? If so, these grommets come in various diameters, available at any marine supply store. There is also a flexible product available that you cut to length, and attach with 2 screws or rivets.
