What is the red string on the top of some bass and guitar strings?
I saw Simon Rix playing Bass, the strings were normal up until the head on the bass, they became red, almost cotton looking…what is that?
its just a piece of string wrapped around the actual string to keep it from vibrating the head of the guitar
